Chris Bell is a Chartered Engineer with 26 years’ experience at Ovivo Water UK Ltd, where he has designed and commissioned a wide range of water treatment plants. His work has covered applications from the selective removal of specific ions from potable water—such as nitrate and chromium—through to fully demineralised water systems for power stations and industrial facilities worldwide. In response to emerging concerns around PFAS, Chris is now involved in the design of treatment plants for the removal and destruction of PFAS compounds. Prior to joining Ovivo, he worked in the operation and maintenance of ultrapure water and wastewater treatment plants within the semiconductor industry.
