* BIAPWS in not required to be UK VAT registered, therefore no VAT is added to nor is payable on the cost of tickets.
Refreshments and lunch are provided on the days you are booked for. Lunch is not provided on the Friday due to the sessions finishing prior to lunchtime.
ACCOMMODATION IS NOT INCLUDED WITH TICKETS. Accommodation details will be available soon.
How to Book
- Click on the ‘Book Now’ Buttons taking you to the IAPWS 2026 Ticket Tailor Site
- Select your ticket type
- Make sure to book you social ticket and apply for the technical tour if relevant
- Fill in the booker’s details – if paying by BACs/Invoice, make sure to fill in the billing information
- Read and agree the Terms and Conditions
- Complete the attendee questions
- Select payment method (invoices will be sent via email up to a few days following booking) and pay either online or via bank transfer/invoice
- Check your booking confirmation is correct
- Contact iapws2026@biapws.org if you have any problems with your booking
Cancellation Terms
- All cancellations must be made in writing and will be acknowledged in writing
- Cancellations made on or before 28 May 2026 will receive a full refund minus a £20 administration fee
- Cancellations made between 29 May and 15 June 2026 will receive a 50% refund
- Cancellations made after 15 June 2026 will not be eligible for a refund
- Name replacements can be made at any time before the start of the event
- Cancellations may be processed following the live event
